We made a promise before we opened our doors: we are going to give our customers the best possible service hands-down! We look forward to sitting down and talking with you about everything new and exciting that is going on in gaming, both here in Minnesota and around the country. Our NGG sales reps will be traveling throughout Minnesota. Expect to see your rep on a regular basis to answer questions and bring you new ideas. You also can call or email our sales reps anytime you have a gaming question. So, whether you want someone at your location, or just an expert a phone call away, you always will get what you need, when you need it, from our awesome NG Gaming team.

Whether it’s improvements in technology, new ways to use traditional and social media to advertise, or new ideas on placement and presentation, gaming strategies are constantly evolving. I think that’s what I’m excited about most in our new company; combining our experience of traditional techniques with cutting-edge tactics and ideas that keep moving this industry forward. But hey, talk is cheap. Let us prove what we can do for you. I love gaming. But I’m in business to help you with your gaming needs.

Best regards,

I have been in the gaming industry in ND for over 25 years now and would not change it for anything. There is no other place that I see myself. This industry has not only defined our company as one of the best in the country, it has also defined me as a person. It has shown me over the past 25 years that everyone has been touched by a charity at some point in their lives. Whether it is the local parks and rec, or a new baseball jersey, or an Eagles or Elks benefit. It has opened my eyes to the WHY, why we do this.
Next Generation Gaming is a member of Allied Charities of Minnesota and I also sit on the ND Gaming Advisory Board. I grew up in Fargo ND, graduated from Shanley High School, and went to Mayville State University, where I played baseball. I now reside in Oxbow ND, where I enjoy spending time on the golf course with my wife, Stephanie, and 3 children. Life continues to get busier and busier with all three of the kids in activities, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I also have a huge passion for hunting and fishing, and anytime I can spend outdoors is a time of release and serenity.
Next Generation Gaming has built our company on customer service. We are a family first company. We treat our customers like family and take care of them like family. We are newest to the MN market, but we are not new to charitable gaming. We know what we are doing, and we will help your charity grow with our expertise and low pricing. We are not looking to hurt any gaming relationships that you have made. We are just asking for a shot to allow us to show your organization what we can do for you, in addition to providing the best service possible! Thank you for your consideration.

I have been working in the gaming industry with NG Gaming for 6+ years. Before that, I worked for several years in sales in the beverage industry. I am a Minnesota native, having grown up and graduated from high school in Walker and then from college at MSUM in Moorhead.  I now reside in Moorhead with my wife and two daughters. I spend a lot of my time in the great outdoors, traveling to Walker and around the beautiful state of Minnesota.

I pride myself on hard work and top-notch customer service. I put dependability and my customer relationships as a top priority. I sincerely look forward to meeting you and helping you in your gaming needs.

Over five years ago, I retired from teaching math (I still miss the kids!) and was thrilled to start working with Mike Lorz and the Next Generation Gaming team. I really enjoy working with people and helping find the right products and solutions to fit your charitable gaming needs. Additionally, I enjoy doing our sales marketing and the MN billing. Working hard and providing the best customer service is NGG’s and my highest priority!
I was born and raised in Moorhead MN, graduated from Moorhead High School and then went to NDSU, where I played volleyball for two years. I transferred to MSUM and earned my BS degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I grew up enjoying and appreciating the lakes area with my family during the summer at our Big Cormorant Lake cabin. I still love the lakes area and have made Lake Lida, near Pelican Rapids, my home for the last 22+ years with my husband, Barry. I enjoy spending time with my husband, three grown children, three grandkids, and our friends. We are also dog lovers and have a Large Munsterlander, who loves to play fetch, swim, and hunt pheasants.
We provide friendly and top-notch service and will help you save money for your organization, so that you can give back more to your communities and missions.

I’ve been part of teams my whole life. Whether sports, school, or volunteer, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the comradery and relationships that were built during those times and have some life-long friends as a result. I look forward to continue working hard with NG Gaming for charities and to building positive relationships along the way.

I grew up in Foley, Minnesota. After graduating high school, I went to college in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. There, I was lucky enough to meet my soon to be wife, Nicky. We have two dogs, Lola and Juneau. I like to spend time in the metro area with Nicky’s family, fishing and hunting whenever the seasons allow, and going to breweries and wineries.

I am visiting or delivering to the Southeast & Northwest areas of Minnesota. Along with frequenting southern cities like Winona and Mankato, I also love being in Duluth as well as the drive there and back. I joined the NG team at the beginning of 2023. I am very excited to start my career in the gaming industry! I am working with the Minnesota side in the warehouse, and making deliveries, along with learning the ropes to become a part of the sales team.

The majority of my life I have lived in Fargo (and currently still do). I also spend a lot of time at the family lake cabin near Park Rapids, MN. I attended NDSCS for electrical technology, and was formerly an electrician for 7 years. Most of my free time is spent enjoying the great outdoors; if it's hunting, fishing, hiking, or mountain biking, and chances are that my yellow lab, Piper, will be with me as well!

I grew up in Orono, MN and once I turned 15, I spent all my summers on staff at Many Point Scout Camp in Ponsford, MN teaching kids skills ... like swimming, first-aid, and wilderness survival. After I graduated, I went to college at NDSU and completed my bachelor's degree in education. I taught Physics and Advanced Placement Physics for 17 years. I coach high school track and field in the spring, dedicating most of my time with the pole vaulters. In 2023, I was humbled by being named the North Dakota Assistant Coach of the Year.

I currently live in Fargo with my wife and 2 boys, Colton and Dylan. We love to spend the majority of our free time outdoors doing whatever fits the season. Fishing is a year-round conversation in my home, but we love to hunt birds with our two crazy Irish Setters. I enjoy my role with Next Generation Gaming where I get the opportunity to learn about your charity and help maximize your impact on your community!

I have recently joined the team at NGG and am looking forward to helping and serving our clients. I have been in the charitable gaming industry for 6+ years in various positions from Pull-Tab Seller to Assistant Gambling Manager and now as a Sales Rep for NG Gaming. I really enjoy helping our clients save money, find new avenues of growth and best of all, making more money for their charity and community. The reason I love charity gaming is because at the end of the day, it's all thanks to the hard work and dedication of so many amazing people with the common goal of benefiting our communities.

Before working in the gaming industry, I had a background in sales and marketing. I have been helping businesses grow for over 20 years. I grew up in North Minneapolis and now live in a northern suburb of Minneapolis. I love to spend my summers boating and my winters going on vacation to the beach. My husband and I love to travel, see new places, and go on adventures. I have three grown children and live with my husband Mike and our two fur babies, Crisco, a Boxer/Jack Russell mix, and Kit Kat Rat Attack, our cat.

I am excited for the opportunity to work for NGG. And grateful for the opportunity to help Minnesota’s charities succeed for the community they represent. I look forward to working with you, and if there is anything I could ever do for you, please give me a call.

Michael Lorz - Owner

I have been in the gaming industry in ND for 25+ years now. I found out early in my career that this is the industry for me. My passion for this industry is watching charities grow and give back. To see the local baseball team, get new uniforms, or to see a soccer complex get built, makes it all worth it to me. I work with everyone involved in the organization, from the board members, gaming managers and site managers, to the gaming employees. I love who I work with, and I love the customers that I have, and now call friends. Many days, you will find me traveling across North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, or Wyoming striving to get out to all sites and see as many people as I can.

I currently live in Oxbow with my wife Stephanie, and my three beautiful children Reagan, Grayson, and Lillian. If you know me, you know that Next Generation Gaming is a family first company. I love watching dance recitals, plays, hockey games, basketball, golf, and football or anything else that my kids are involved in. As you also may know about me, I love being outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing with the kids. There are many things in my life that drive me, and family and the outdoors are a couple of them.

Next Generation Gaming is a member of Allied Charities of Minnesota and I also sit on the North Dakota Gaming Advisory Board. As a company, we try to stay up on the current events in all our markets, so we can pass along the best knowledge possible to our customers. We do not know everything, and what we do not know, we will find out for you. We strive every day to be the best for our customers and to put customer service as our top priority. You will find our team out and about talking to you, not just dropping off product. We want to know what your needs are, and we will work together to make your organization make the most money possible, in order to fulfill your mission, vision, and values.

At Next Generation Gaming, we live by our visons, and values. Our Three P’s, as we call it, are People, Passion, and Purpose. And we LIVE to provide Loyalty, Integrity, Values, and Excellence.

Anytime you want to contact me, I can be reached by phone at my Cell 701-371-0457, Office 701-532-3111 or by email at mike.l@nggamingllc.com.

I joined Mike Lorz and the NG Gaming team in February of 2017.

I was born and raised in New Rockford ND  My parents still currently live and operate a small cattle farm west of New Rockford. After Graduating from high school, I attended MSU-Bottineau and Mayville State University. I earned a degree in elementary education as well as a minor in physical education. After teaching in two different school districts, I decided to join the charitable gaming industry. I currently live in Mayville with my wife, Mindy, and two children, Kennedy and Kellen. Both kids enjoy sports as well as many outdoor activities. My favorite pastimes are fishing, sports, and spending time with my family.

Working with charities daily to grow and run smoothly is my #1 goal.  Next Generation Gaming takes pride in making sure all our customers, big or small, get the same attention to all their gaming needs. If you need anything, please call or email me.

I was born and raised in the great state of Minnesota and have degrees in both accounting and business administration. As most of you already know, I met Mike when we both worked for a former distributor. When he decided he wanted to go out on his own, he asked me to join him in his new adventure. I said yes without hesitation.

All of Mike’s new team went into this new adventure pledging total customer satisfaction. As we have entered the new world of E-Tabs, we have continued to grow, learn and be the best in ND. We do have the best technicians in the field. Our salesmen are always available to take your calls and answer your questions. I have enjoyed working with all of you and look forward to our continued relationship.

I joined Next Generation Gaming in October of 2017. Over the last 5+ years, I have enjoyed being part of a wonderful team that isn’t afraid to take on any task. Customer service is a huge priority for me and our whole team. Whether we are fixing issues at a current location or installing a new site, customer service and uptime are top priorities.

Before starting with Next Gaming, I lived in Eden, SD and worked eight years with Green Iron Equipment as an Integrated Solutions Specialist. I currently live in Fargo with my wife Bobbi and two children Parker(8) and Haddie(6). Away from work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with family and friends.

I take great pride in the wonderful company I work for and realize that none of it would be possible without our great customers. Thank you all!!!

Michelle Welder : Electronic Billing

Michelle.W@NGGamingLLC.com

With over 33 years of gaming experience working as an auditor in the Gaming Division for the state, I joined the NG Gaming team in August 2018.

Originally from a small town in southwestern North Dakota (Mott), I currently reside in Bismarck. I am a CPA (retired) and do the billing and reporting for the electronic pull tabs for NGG. One of the perks of my position is that it allows me to continue to interact with gaming managers, accounting personnel for organizations, and Grover Gaming personnel. I’ve had a long-standing passion for the charitable gaming industry and its people. I’m finding it very interesting being on the “other side” of gaming and involved in the electronic pull tab activity.

In addition to being the proud mother of two children, I am an avid pinochle player and have conducted tournaments in Las Vegas for players from all over the United States and participate in state and local tournaments.

I've enjoyed my time as an E-tab service technician and  also my experiences with everyone I have met along the way.  I will be shifting from the E-tab tech side into a sales position for the central and western part of the state of ND.

I live in Bismarck and during my spare time,  I enjoy the outdoors, by snowboarding or going to the lake.

Tanner Kirkeide - Head Service Technician

I began working for Next Generation Gaming at the beginning of 2020 as a service technician.  I really enjoyed working on site with our customers to install, train and maintain our E-tab machines and systems. Now, as Head Technician, I am providing daily support and resources to ensure that all of our service techs will be the best team in the electronic pull tab business. I also manage our electronic pull-tab hardware and parts inventory, making sure our technicians have the parts and hardware needed to keep our customers downtime to a minimum.

I am originally from Herman MN, where I met my wife, Holly.  We now live in West Fargo. I enjoy snowmobiling, fishing, and helping out on our family farm during the busy season.

I am excited to be in my new role at NGG and will continue to ensure the best service to our ND charitable organizations, gaming managers and gaming staff.

Dustin Fincher - Service Technician

I provide service and maintenance for the electronic pull tab machines in the northeast corner of North Dakota.  I work onsite with charitable gaming staff to assist them with training and perform regular maintenance on the machines.  This is the first job I’ve really truly enjoyed.  My customers and co-workers have become a second family.  Working with my customers and providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to ensure success has become my passion.

In my spare time I enjoy being at the camper, fishing, 4 wheeling, and having a Morgan under the stars. Along with my wife, Amanda, I have two sons, two daughters and one granddaughter.

As a service technician, I provide service and maintenance for NGG's electronic pull tab machines in the north-central area of North Dakota. Besides doing the installation and maintenance of NGG's E-tab systems, I also work onsite with charitable gaming staff and assist them with training and helping with troubleshooting any issues that may come up. I am from Minnewaukan and still live there. I enjoy sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with my family.

Ryan Sunram - Service Technician

I am originally from Audubon, MN and went to college at MSUM in Moorhead and played football for the Dragons for 3 years. Before joining NGG, I worked for many years in the technology industry with 10 years focused in sales and development for a non-profit fundraising software company. My wife, Jennifer, and I currently reside in Kindred, ND and have two children. Our daughter, Jordyn, attends the University of Jamestown to study Exercise Science and play college soccer. Our son, Riley, plays football, basketball and track and field at Kindred HIgh School.

I joined NGG because of the sense of family and pride the employees have in taking care of their customers. It really isn’t "just a saying" at NGG, it is something that is focused on each and every day. We succeed if our customers are successful and it is exciting to be a part of this team.

I grew up in Orono, MN and once I turned 15, I spent all my summers on staff at Many Point Scout Camp teaching kids skills like swimming, first-aid, and wilderness survival.

I enjoy my role with Next Generation Gaming where I get the opportunity to learn about your charity, and how we can help maximize your impact!
